Hangal, Aug. 28-30: A three-day personality development camp was conducted for students of class 8 at Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Hangal.
The programme was inaugurated by Sri Praveen.
Day 1:
- The students were divided into eight groups with mentors.
- The day started with the activity “Who am I? – Beyond my marks”.
- During the “Choose your hero” session, students selected and presented inspirational personalities from Bharat Bharati books.
- Sri Kiran Kumar narrated the stories of Sita, Nachiketa, Satyakama and Ahalya, highlighting courage, truthfulness, determination and resilience.
- Sri Sunil and Smt. Priya conducted the programme “Identify the problem, devise a solution”.
Day 2:
- The focus was on leadership and historical awareness. Kumari Purnima conducted the program “Leadership – More than a Title”. Students were encouraged to understand their strengths, fears, habits and responsibilities as leaders.
- Sri Sunil introduced the leadership qualities of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.
- Sri Vidyadhar conducted a session on “Real History of India”.
- The day was concluded with an engaging quiz session and bhajans and patriotic and devotional songs were sung at the campfire.
Day 3:
- Started with a yoga session. Sri Narahari conducted a discussion on “Goal Setting and Roadmap”, which guided the students in setting goals and planning their journey.
- Sri Kiran Ram conducted a session on “Today’s Leaders – Great Leaders”.
- Sridevi conducted a reflective workshop on “Contributing to my growth as a leader”.
- Students created a commitment wall in their classrooms and shared written feedback. The observers observed the students’ participation in each session, and the third day concluded with a consolidated feedback report.
- The program ended with Sankalpa to become responsible leaders and Matrabhojana.
ಹಾನಗಲ್, ಆ. 28-30: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಹಾನಗಲ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ 8 ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಮೂರು ದಿನಗಳ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿತ್ವ ವಿಕಸನ ಶಿಬಿರವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಶ್ರೀ ಪ್ರವೀಣ್ ಅವರು ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿದರು.
ದಿನ 1:
- ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶಕರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಎಂಟು ಗುಂಪುಗಳಾಗಿ ವಿಂಗಡಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.
- ದಿನವು “ನಾನು ಯಾರು? – ನನ್ನ ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ಮೀರಿ” ಎಂಬ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಆರಂಭಗೊಂಡಿತು.
- “ನಿಮ್ಮ ನಾಯಕನನ್ನು ಆರಿಸಿ” ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಭಾರತ ಭಾರತಿ ಪುಸ್ತಕಗಳಿಂದ ಸ್ಫೂರ್ತಿದಾಯಕ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿತ್ವಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
- ಶ್ರೀ ಕಿರಣ್ಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ಸೀತಾ, ನಚಿಕೇತ, ಸತ್ಯಕಾಮ ಮತ್ತು ಅಹಲ್ಯೆಯ ಕಥೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರೂಪಿಸಿ ಧೈರ್ಯ, ಸತ್ಯತೆ, ದೃಢನಿಶ್ಚಯ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಥಿತಿಸ್ಥಾಪಕತ್ವವನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ತೋರಿಸಿದರು.
- ಶ್ರೀ ಸುನಿಲ್ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಪ್ರಿಯಾ ಅವರು “ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಿ, ಪರಿಹಾರವನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಿ” ಎಂಬ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿದರು.
ದಿನ 2:
- ನಾಯಕತ್ವ ಮತ್ತು ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ ಅರಿವಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರೀಕರಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಕುಮಾರಿ ಪೂರ್ಣಿಮಾ ಅವರು “ನಾಯಕತ್ವ – ಶೀರ್ಷಿಕೆಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು” ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ನಾಯಕರಾಗಿ ಅವರ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯಗಳು, ಭಯಗಳು, ಅಭ್ಯಾಸಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಿದರು.
- ಶ್ರೀ ಸುನಿಲ್ ಅವರು ಛತ್ರಪತಿ ಶಿವಾಜಿ ಮಹಾರಾಜರ ನಾಯಕತ್ವದ ಗುಣಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಚಯಿಸಿದರು.
- ಶ್ರೀ ವಿದ್ಯಾಧರ್ ಅವರು “ಭಾರತದ ನೈಜ ಇತಿಹಾಸ” ಕುರಿತು ಅಧಿವೇಶನವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿದರು.
- ಈ ದಿನವು ಆಕರ್ಷಕ ರಸಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಅಧಿವೇಶನ ಹಾಗೂ ಕ್ಯಾಂಪ್ ಫೈರ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಭಜನಾ ಮತ್ತು ದೇಶಭಕ್ತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಭಕ್ತಿಗೀತೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು.
ದಿನ 3:
- ಯೋಗ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಯಿತು. ಶ್ರೀ ನರಹರಿ ಅವರು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಗುರಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಪ್ರಯಾಣವನ್ನು ಯೋಜಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡಿದ “ಗುರಿ ನಿಗದಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾರ್ಗ ನಕ್ಷೆ” ಕುರಿತು ಚರ್ಚೆ ನಡೆಸಿದರು.
- ಶ್ರೀ ಕಿರಣ್ ರಾಮ್ ಅವರು “ಇಂದಿನ ನಾಯಕರು – ಮಹಾನ್ ನಾಯಕರು” ಎನ್ನುವ ಅವಧಿಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು.
- ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಶ್ರೀದೇವಿ ಅವರು “ನಾಯಕಿಯಾಗಿ ನನ್ನ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗೆ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ನೀಡುವುದು” ಎಂಬ ಚಿಂತನಶೀಲ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿದರು.
- ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ತರಗತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬದ್ಧತೆಯ ಗೋಡೆಯನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಲಿಖಿತ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡರು. ವೀಕ್ಷಕರು ಪ್ರತಿ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸಿದರು ಮತ್ತು ಮೂರನೇ ದಿನವು ಏಕೀಕೃತ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ವರದಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮುಕ್ತಾಯವಾಯಿತು.
- ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯುತ ನಾಯಕರಾಗಲು ಅರ್ಥಪೂರ್ಣ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾತೃಭೋಜನದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮುಕ್ತಾಯಗೊಂಡಿತು.
