Hangal, Jun. 12: Students of Class VI conducted a practical cooking activity based on the lesson “Kheer” at Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Hangal.
• Under the guidance of the English teacher and in the presence of the Principal, Smt. Sridevi, the students prepared Kheer together in the school chapel.
• The students brought the ingredients, including vermicelli, milk, sugar, ghee, pistachio, almonds, raisins, cashews, saffron, cardamom powder and almond powder along with an induction cooker.
• The activity began by reading the steps of the lesson recipe. • Demonstrations and safe cooking exercises were also held.
The students prepared Kheer, observing the principles of measuring, mixing and garnishing, hygiene and safety while learning each step of the recipe.
• The students observed the practical application of the vocabulary and instructions from their English lesson.
• Kheer was enjoyed together by students, teaching and non-teaching staff and Principal Smt. Sridevi.

VI ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು “ಖೀರ್” ಪಾಠವನ್ನು ಆಧರಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ ಪಾಕಶಾಲೆಯ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆ ನಡೆಸಿದರು.
• ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಧಾನಾಚಾರ್ಯರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಶ್ರೀದೇವಿ ಅವರ ಸಮ್ಮುಖದಲ್ಲಿ, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಶಾಲಾ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನಾ ಮಂದಿರದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಖೀರ್ ತಯಾರಿಸಿದರು.
• ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಇಂಡಕ್ಷನ್ ಕುಕ್ಕರ್ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ವರ್ಮಿಸೆಲ್ಲಿ, ಹಾಲು, ಸಕ್ಕರೆ, ತುಪ್ಪ, ಪಿಸ್ತಾ, ಬಾದಾಮಿ, ಒಣದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಿ, ಗೋಡಂಬಿ, ಕೇಸರಿ, ಏಲಕ್ಕಿ ಪುಡಿ ಮತ್ತು ಬಾದಾಮಿ ಪುಡಿ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಬೇಕಾದ ಪದಾರ್ಥಗಳನ್ನು ತಂದರು.
• ಪಾಠದ ಪಾಕವಿಧಾನದ ಹಂತಗಳನ್ನು ಓದುತ್ತ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸಿದರು. ಜೊತೆಜೊತೆಗೆ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ಮತ್ತು ಸುರಕ್ಷಿತ ಅಡುಗೆ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸ ನಡೆಯಿತು.
• ಪಾಕವಿಧಾನದ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಹಂತವನ್ನು ಕಲಿಯುವಾಗ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅಳತೆ, ಮಿಶ್ರಣ ಮತ್ತು ಅಲಂಕರಿಸುವುದು, ನೈರ್ಮಲ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಸುರಕ್ಷತೆಯನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸುತ್ತ ಖೀರ್ ತಯಾರಿಸಿದರು.
• ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್ ಪಾಠದಿಂದ ಶಬ್ದಕೋಶ ಮತ್ತು ಸೂಚನೆಗಳ ಪ್ರಾಯೋಗಿಕ ಅನ್ವಯವನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸಿದರು.
• ಖೀರ್ ಅನ್ನು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು, ಬೋಧಕ ಮತ್ತು ಬೋಧಕೇತರ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಧಾನಾಚಾರ್ಯ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಶ್ರೀದೇವಿ ಒಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಸವಿದರು.
