Hangal, Dec. 28: World Humanity Day was celebrated herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Hangal.The students said, “Kuvempu is a great poet who spread the message of universal humanity. His “universal human” philosophy teaches the feeling that everyone is one. Universal humanity is human love that transcends caste, religion, and language. He said that every person should have humanity and equal respect. World Humanity Day is a reflection of Kuvempu’s ideals for a life of peace, coexistence, and compassion.”
ಹಾನಗಲ್, ಡಿ. 28: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ -ಹಾನಗಲ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಶ್ವ ಮಾನವ ದಿನವನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು “ಕುವೆಂಪುರವರ ವಿಶ್ವ ಮಾನವತೆಯ ಸಂದೇಶವನ್ನು ಸಾರಿದ ಮಹಾನ ಕವಿ. ಅವರ ‘ವಿಶ್ವಮಾನವ’ ತತ್ತ್ವವು ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಒಂದೇ ಎಂಬ ಭಾವನೆ ಕಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಜಾತಿ, ಧರ್ಮ, ಭಾಷೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮೀರಿದ ಮಾನವ ಪ್ರೇಮವೇ ವಿಶ್ವ ಮಾನವತೆ. ಪ್ರತಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲೂ ಮಾನವೀಯತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಾನ ಗೌರವ ಇರಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಶಾಂತಿ, ಸಹಬಾಳ್ವೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಹಾನುಭೂತಿಯ ಜೀವನಕ್ಕೆ ವಿಶ್ವ ಮಾನವ ದಿನವು ಕುವೆಂಪುರವರ ಆದರ್ಶಗಳ ಪ್ರತಿಬಿಂಬವಾಗಿದೆ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
