Hangal, Sept. 10: A field trip to Tarakeshwara temple was organized for 2nd class children herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Hangal. Children got the opportunity to learn about the historical and cultural significance of Tarakeshwara Temple. The children learned about architecture, religious practices and local traditions. Students sang several devotional songs in groups.
ಹಾನಗಲ್, ಸೆ. 10: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಹಾನಗಲ್ನಲ್ಲಿ 2ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗಾಗಿ ತಾರಕೇಶ್ವರ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಪ್ರವಾಸವನ್ನು ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ತಾರಕೇಶ್ವರ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದ ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿತು. ಮಕ್ಕಳು ವಾಸ್ತುಶಿಲ್ಪ, ಧಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಆಚರಣೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಸಂಪ್ರದಾಯಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಂಡರು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಗುಂಪುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವು ಭಕ್ತಿಗೀತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಡಿದರು.
